That’s exactly why we were excited to take part with our organic, unpasteurized kombucha.

Throughout the festival, visitors stopped by our booth for many different reasons. That diversity is what makes events like this so special. Every conversation was different because everyone arrived with their own experiences and expectations. We were also frequently asked questions such as, “What does kombucha taste like?”, “What exactly is kombucha?”, and “What is kombucha made from?”

Some visitors were trying kombucha for the very first time and were curious about its flavor and what a fermented beverage actually is. Others were already familiar with kombucha, and some even brew it at home, making them especially interested in comparing flavors and learning more about our production process. We also met people who already knew Spraga from cafés, restaurants, or retail stores and came to sample flavors they hadn’t tried before.
